What is the Delegate Feature?

The Delegate feature allows you to designate one or more individuals to manage specific aspects of your platform on your behalf. This functionality is particularly beneficial during busy periods or when you are unavailable. Delegates will receive any notifications intended for the platform owner, ensuring they stay informed and can take timely action.

Why Use Delegates?

Using delegates helps maintain continuity and accuracy in platform management. By assigning delegates, you ensure that updates and changes are handled promptly, even in your absence. This feature is essential for:

Scope of the Delegate Feature

The Delegate feature is available for both the Platform and Portfolio levels but is not applicable for Applications. This means you can add or remove delegates for managing the overall platform or specific portfolios, but not for individual applications within the platform.

How to Add or Remove Delegates

Adding Delegates

  1. Navigate to the Platform.
  2. Click on Delegated Owner. Delegated Owner Add Owner

Update/Removing Delegates

  1. Navigate to the Platform.
  2. Click on Delegated Owner. Remove Owner
  3. Click on Cross Sign on the Owner label to be removed..
  4. Search for a user to be added as Delegated Owner.. Add Owner
