Manual Cross-Checking and Allocating Platforms Based on CMDB:

  1. MAC Admins will manually review applications in the Application Catalogue that currently lack platform information.
  2. They will cross-reference these applications with data from the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to find and assign the correct platform information.
  3. This manual process ensures that all applications have accurate platform data, which is crucial for maintaining compliance and supporting reliable IT management.

Remove Invalid Application Owners and Notify Platform Owners:

  1. The system will automatically identify and remove invalid or outdated application owners from the Application Catalogue.
  2. After invalid owners are removed, the system will verify if any valid owners remain for each application.
  3. If an application ends up with no valid owners, the system will trigger an email notification to the platform owner. The email will inform them that the application currently lacks valid ownership and may require their attention to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Email Notification Recipient for Decommission Date Changes(Bug):

  1. The issue involves email notifications for changes to the target decommissioning date being sent to the application owner instead of the designated distribution list (TopApprovalDL).
  2. This misdirection of notifications affects proper handling and ensures that critical changes are communicated to the correct recipients.

EAC Target Decommission Data issue(Bug):

  1. When the Target Decommissioning Date is removed from the MAC, the EAC does not update accordingly.
  2. The issue is specific to removals, as updates to the decommissioning date are processed correctly.
