Highlights​

1. Decommission Date Can be selected in the past.​

  • Users can select a decommission date that is earlier than the current date.

  • Predefined Comment should be required if a decommission date is selected in the past

2. Export Improvements for Applications​

  • Export performance for Applications was previously slow. The issue has been identified and resolved, resulting in significantly improved export speed

3. Platform Audit migration Framework to new audit framework​

  • Abstract the audit mechanism to work with field definitions.
  • Log metadata changes (additions, edits, deletions) regardless of field type or origin.
  • Be scalable and maintainable, minimizing future dev effort as catalogue structures evolve.

4. Inactive applications will not allow regular edits except "status back to active​

  • Inactive applications will display a message indicating that edits are restricted.
  • Users(Platform Owners/Delegates and Application Owner) will only be able to change the status of an inactive application back to active.
  • All other fields in the inactive application will be locked and not editable

5. BUG: Data Issue email should display displayName , not firstName​

  • Fixed the issue where the Data Issue email displayed the first name instead of the display name.

6. Onboarding Comments for Application and Platform Changes​

  • Comment field added on onboarding and platform change
  • On platform change update, comment is mandatory.
