Actionable Emails for Platform Change Requests & Missing Application Owners​

Platform owners now receive actionable emails to approve or reject platform change requests and assign owners to unowned applications. Key Features are:

  1. Actionable Emails: Sent to requested platform owners with approval/rejection options.
  2. FYI Emails: Inform current platform owners of requested changes.
  3. Audit & Tracking: Logs all emails, recipient actions, and responses.
  4. Reminders: Weekly reminders for pending requests.

Notification for Platform Owners Without Delegates​

Platform owners without a delegate now receive automated emails encouraging assignments to ensure continuity in application management. Key Features:

  1. Identification: The system detects platform owners without delegates.
  2. Email Notification: Informs owners of the benefits and provides a direct assignment link.
  3. Follow-Up Reminder: Sent after 30 days if no delegate is assigned.

Bug Fixes​

Revision History Order Fix:​

Corrected the issue where revision history appeared in reverse order for leftover fields.

Request Table Update on App Owner Change:​

Ensured the "assigned to" field in the request table updates correctly when an application owner changes, preventing task visibility issues.

Email Formatting for "Report Issue" Feature:​

Fixed alignment issues and improved the email template for better readability.
