Highlights
This release introduces enhanced filtering capabilities for the Application Catalogue, migrates audit functionality to a custom framework, and adds release notification banners to keep users informed about new features and updates.
✨ New Features & Enhancements
1. Application Catalogue Label Filtering
- Enhanced Filtering by Operation Mode Labels
- Users can now filter the Application Catalogue by Labels using operation mode filters.
- Two filtering options are available:
- "In" - Shows applications that contain the selected label(s)
- "Not In" - Shows applications that do not contain the selected label(s)
- This provides more flexible and precise filtering capabilities, allowing users to find applications based on specific label criteria.
- Improves searchability and helps users quickly identify applications with or without particular operational characteristics.
2. Platform and Portfolio Audit Migration
- Migration from Spring Envers to Custom Audit Framework
- Successfully migrated Platform and Portfolio audit functionality from Spring Envers to a custom audit framework.
- This migration provides:
- Better control over audit data structure and storage
- Improved performance and scalability
- Enhanced flexibility for future audit requirements
- Consistent audit approach across all entities in the system
- All existing audit data has been preserved during the migration.
- The custom framework maintains full backward compatibility with existing audit queries and reports.
3. Release Notification Banner
- In-App Release Notifications
- Added a release notification banner that appears when MAC releases new features or updates.
- The banner helps users:
- Stay informed about new releases and features
- Access release notes directly from the application
- Understand changes that may affect their workflow
- Users can dismiss the banner after viewing, and it will reappear when new releases are available.
- Ensures users are always aware of the latest improvements and can take advantage of new functionality.
